Enjoy Technology is a startup technology, and service company that brings interaction, and expertise to a customer's doorstep, aiding in setting up devices, understanding device function in practice, and offering premium services.

​I worked in different areas of Enjoy, where I designed performance systems for users, customer experience flows, communicative applications, as well as hiring/branding motion graphics.

Understanding the Experts

In one of my first days at Enjoy, I got to experience what it is like to be a technology and mobile Expert. I surveyed fulfillment operations, as well as Experts that take time to schedule their visits to customer's houses and set up their technology, and devices. Throughout my day, I would take notes on specific features and aspects that would not work as well, or have potential to be revamped into our designs.

On the 2 Expert rides I did, I asked questions that pertained to their experience and what they do as a person:

​

  • Why did they choose to work at Enjoy

  • What are some stories that you've had so far working here

  • What made this job better than other jobs?

​

And I found many pain points, especially some that pertains to how performance, and ranking is a huge factor within Experts. Some Expert Leads express tardiness, and laziness that some Experts can bring, and wanted a better way that they can continue to motivate these Experts on their day-to-day.

​

There were also issues pertaining to customers, some of which do not even know that delivery through Enjoy means that an Expert will help set up options and set up devices for these customers. Experts then have a hard time explaining what it means for them to come by to deliver these experiences for those customers that are not even aware of it.

Performance Monitoring and Trend Forecasting

Live Performance acts as a monitoring system to help push experts to create the best experiences for their customers. Initially, Live Performance's data breaks down simple calculations and facts for leaders, but there is high potential to use this data to its full potential through new visualizations.

Clarity for Customer Experience

Through our design team brainstorm sessions, we thought of new ways to create a better turn for Enjoy's next venture, Smart Last Mile. With the possibilities of having our client's full priority, Enjoy aims to create unforgettable experiences through delivery.

A few big takeaways from the brainstorm were customer contact points/clarity, date selection through customer and delivery balance, choices for the method of delivery, and a gifting system.

Hiring Campaign

In an effort to push hiring opportunities for Experts across different states, I created motion pieces to capture potential hires. It was important to showcase what Enjoy is all about and create interest from the first 2 seconds of them seeing the advertisement.

These advertisements were aired on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, targetting different cities and demographics. It has helped in pushing past the goal of Enjoy's hires for that quarter.

Enjoy Goes Public!

On October 18, 2021, Enjoy officially went public, and ENJY is born. To celebrate this occasion, Enjoy calls in for a celebration in  front of NASDAQ MarketSite. I created a motion graphic of the bell ringing to urge more people to join in the celebration.
